![]() I would assume the printer is intelligent enough to know whether the paper has been fed in far enough before it begins printing, but who knows. I do not know if the problem is some type of calibration issue, meaning that the printer doesn't know when the paper is where it's supposed to be, or if this is a paper intake issue, and the paper just isn't being taken in quickly enough. The paper is feeding through, not jamming. The inside rollers were cleaned with a cloth, the bottom roller with q-tip. Both sets of rollers were cleaned with water and sideways (right to left) motion. I followed an HP video and carefully cleaned the 4 rollers inside the machine (above the ink chamber) and the rollers on the underneath side of the printer. I am selecting 4圆 in the driver, and the preview is correct. It's as though the printing is beginning before the paper reaches the printing heads, so that by the time the paper arrives some of the image has already been missed. ![]() Issue: Only about 1/3 to 1/2 of the image is printing on the 4圆 paper. Printing from HP software on Windows 10 Printing from Photoshop, from Word, and as a PDF Document created in Photoshop, and same layout created in Microsoft Word - they both have similar printing problem Mac Pro with High Sierra, and a Windows 10 PC. I am unable to have my image print fully on 4圆 photo paper.
